1. I am the owner of a Roofing Business (or I am operating under direction of the owner)
2. The business is a Domestic Vermont company – registered With the Secretary of State
3. The business is registered as a Roofing Contractor with the Office of Professional Regulation.
4. The business has operated within the State of Vermont for Five or more years.
5. The business is not a part or division of a General Contracting Business.
6. The business issues a written warranty on all installations that is Valid for at least a three year period.
